The Home Care Team provides home comfort support to those under the care of the Carlow Kilkenny nursing team operating from Aut Even Hospital.
The HSE has changed its funding of nursing care for all of the home care team organisations in the South East Region which now enables us to use our resources to provide additional services. This is a positive development for the Carlow Kilkenny area.
The provision of additional services will be dealt with on a case by case basis. The service includes medical costs and home assistance.
Referral for the above services will be made through the Carlow Kilkenny nursing team.
The services have no charge and are funded by the generous donations of the people of Carlow and Kilkenny.
