When you contact Home Care Team to request assistance, make a donation, volunteer, or sign up to any of Home Care Team campaigns we may receive and retain personal information about you.

Personal information will be retained as long as necessary for the relevant activity for example we will keep a record of donations for at least seven years.

Should you request that we do not send you marketing materials we will keep a record of your contact details to enable us to comply with your request.

Legacy income data may be retained indefinitely to carry out legacy administration and communicate effectively with the families of donors. This enables income to be identified and analysed as to its source.

Where contributions are made by way of material to a fundraising campaign details will be retained for as long as reasonably required for the purpose for which it was submitted.

Information is held on secure services and stored on secured storage devices.

The transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. We will protect your personal data but again cannot guarantee the security of the transmission.
